I would really like to thank Mark for his exceptional service on both occasions that I have needed legal assistance within the last 15 months.

I had a need to set up a Rent to Buy Option for one of my properties. My sister had completed one before and she had great difficulty in finding a lawyer who knew what they were doing and also who was able to process the paperwork in a timely manner. I needed the work done quickly because I was leaving for overseas within the week and needed to have it all finalised before I left.

I was most impressed with both how Mark handled the whole process and also the fact that he was able to produce the paperwork very promptly. Not only did Mark achieve the goal of completing the paperwork to finalise the arrangement before I went overseas but he was very friendly, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. He always took the time to explain everything to me.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Mark and if I ever need to consult a lawyer again I would not hesitate to contact him. I would also HIGHLY recommend him to any prospective client.
